Planning
The Planning Committee is primarily responsible for the development and execution to the Institute’s Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan is the Institute’s guiding document for setting financial and operational objectives to achieve the Institute’s Mission. Progress towards achieving the objectives of the Strategic Plan is formally reviewed at each Council Meeting of the Institute. The Strategic Plan is reviewed and revised biennially.
The policies of the Planning Committee and the Strategic Plan are approved the Council of the Institute.
