Task Group Six - Durability Performance Tests
There has been a wide range of performance tests introduced to Australia over the years and this has caused considerable difficulty for suppliers in trying to cover all the test methods and for general users in gathering sufficient data to know the statistical confidence in the methods specified.
Task Group Six will provide guidance on performance tests specific to durability design. Task Group Six will develop a publication aimed at considering the current design guides, codes and Australian practice and providing a method of testing and reporting such that the results can be used to show whether performance requirements have been met.
