Registering for a CIA event

Members can log in for faster booking.  By being logged in most contact information will be populated automatically.
 
 


If you don’t want to log in simply select the “Not a member” check box.  You will still be able to access Member prices for tickets.
 
 
 

Enter your contact information as the person making the booking (Booking Contact).  A confirmation email will be sent containing the booking information (Subject: CIA Booking Confirmation).  This will include a link and password that will allow you to edit the Guest details at a later date.
 
 
 

Select the quantity and type of tickets required.
 
 
 

Enter the Guest details.
 
 
 

Enter your credit card details to make payment. When payment is made a receipt will automatically be sent to the Booking Contact.
 
 
 

When the booking is complete you will see an on screen confirmation.
The Booking Contact will receive a confirmation email as well as an email containing the receipt/invoice.
Any Guests will also receive a confirmation email advising them that they have been booked to attend this event (only sent when the guest email address is different to the Booking Contact).

Managing your existing bookings
 
When you are logged in you will be able to see any bookings that you have made on the left side navigation menu.  Clicking on the booking will take you to the Booking Edit page.  You can also access the Booking Edit page using the details provided in the CIA Booking Confirmation email.
 
 
 

By clicking on the booking, or the link in the CIA Booking Confirmation email, you will be able to log in to the Booking Edit page.  Make sure to use the email address entered when making the booking.
 
 
 

Once logged in you can edit the Guest names.  The CIA Booking Confirmation email will indicate how long before the event this functionality is available for.
 
 
 

Use the same login details to access any post event information that has been uploaded.
