John studied at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and went on to earn his Master’s Degree in Civil / Structual Engineering 1991. John is currently providing technical advice to Roads and Maritime Services on the design, maintenance and construction of concrete pavements.John has more than 26 years of experience in pavement engineering and project management, he has extensive experience in pavements across the private and public sectors for major infrastructure projects under Direct Design, D&C and Alliance forms.
