Carlos Sanabria
Carlos has over 14 years’ experience as a civil engineer in Australia and internationally working across major road and railway infrastructure projects, metro systems, building and industrial sectors.  As Manager of the Metro Tunnel Project’s Tunnel Lining Segment Manufacturing Facility, Carlos is responsible for the production and delivery of the concrete segments required to build the Metro Tunnel, from initial concrete developemnt and firetesting, to overseeing a team of 80 workers at the purpose-built manufacturing facility in Melbourne’s west.  

Wei Ming Lee
Wei Ming is Chartered Professional Engineer with more than 18 years of experience in precast and bridge construction. He has been involved in an extensive list of major precast viaduct projects such as Gateway Upgrade, Brisbane Airport Link, Hunter Expressway, Urban Superway, Sydney Metro Northwest, and Level Crossing Removal – Caulfield to Dandenong. He is currently engaged on the Metro Tunnel Project as Precast Technical Manager at the Tunnel Lining Segment Manufacturing Facility.
